Boundaries, When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life (Cloud & Townsend)

This is a 10-week program of interactive discussion which will help participants understand that boundaries affect all areas of their lives:

Physical boundaries help us determine who may touch us, how, and when
Mental boundaries give us freedom to have our own thoughts and opinions
Emotional boundaries help us deal with our own emotions and disengage us from the harmful, manipulative emotions of others
Spiritual boundaries help us distinguish God’s will from our own and give us renewed awe of our Creator

Anxiety and Worry, How to Break Free – a 10-Week Program

Do you constantly worry about the “what ifs” of life? Does your anxiety over events that are yet to happen cause you physical discomfort? This program will cover topics such as:

Learning to recognize your own anxiety
Learning to relax
Getting to the heart of worrying fears
Facing your fears
Your accomplishments and your future

Anger, How to Keep It from Taking Control

We all deal with anger in our lives, whether it is in a subtle or
violent manner. Being angry can involve such emotional expressions as
frustration, irritability, annoyance, aggravation, blowing off steam, or
fretting. This program will help the participant:

Identify the best ways to handle anger
Understand how pride, fear, loneliness and inferiority feed your anger
Uncover and eliminate the myths that perpetuate anger “letting go of my anger means I am admitting defeat”
Identify learned patterns of relating, thinking and behaving in your life that influence your anger

Your Particular Loss

We may have lost someone or something of great value to us. That loss
may have occurred in a number of different ways. Although grief is
often associated with death, it is also caused by things such as:

Loss of a relationship
Loss of health
Loss of financial security
Loss of our home
Loss of employment

Rather thanstaying focused only on what has been lost, this program will help participants acknowledge the loss and process that loss in a healthy, empowering way.

Addiction and Addictive Behaviours Recovery

From over-spending, to over-eating to substance abuse; excessive use
of any one thing affects our ability to make the right choices. Our

Understand how one can become addicted and its effects on others
Break the addictive cycle
Create a healthier lifestyle
Build a community of support
